Reception / Concierge: Each one of our multi-lingual receptionists is well-versed in customer relations, the local area and concierge services. While you are here with us, if you need anything, just ask the receptionist at the main desk and he or she will be happy to help you. If you need arrangements for dinner, excursions or just about anything else, please think of them as your dedicated concierge!

Security: Velero Beach Resort has 24-hour security to help provide an enhanced feeling of privacy while you are here on vacation. Our security personnel are stationed around the property, typically at the main entrance and beach steps. If you have any question or concern about security, please feel free to inquire at the reception desk or ask the general manager during the day.

Private Chefs: Another of the special features of Velero Beach are the dedicated, highly trained personal chefs. Throughout the day they will provide you with mouth-watering treats from the Beach Club. At night, upon request, they can come to your suite and prepare a feast fit for a king. If you are coming with a convention or conference, our private chefs are available for catering.

Other Staff: Island Wedding Planner, Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, Masseuse, and a Meeting Organizer. Our staff are all here to help you relax and enjoy a stress-free paradise here in the Dominican Republic. Just ask!
